Great place to meet the best people in their field. A group of educated and talented people.

Cons

Salaries at SAS are not competitive with other software companies. It is difficult to receive a decent raise if you get one at all.

Work content and quality is still top notch.

Cons

culture used to be great but is now on steady decline. current local management is not competent at being able to scale for growth and has made most perks redundant or unusable. Too much favouritism at senior levels and groupism
