Cons
Super slow in terms of decisions, Poor salary growth, If you're looking for 9-5 job with one digit hike or no hike this is the place. Finance dept is practically non existent. You send them a query it goes in a black hole. They neither respond to queries while you are an employee nor after you leave. They are completely ignorant. No work life balance, you end up working for more than 12 hours. You end up doing work of 2 resources but the salary is not as good of one resource. Benefits are decent but majority of them are not of use. Not much upgradation of responsibilities. Promotions take a real long time. No categorization of performance. Based on the hike received one doesn't know if one has performed good or bad as there are no ratings. It is driven by managers.
