Salary is ok, benefits are ok, work life balance is great (depends on which group you're in)

Cons

Everything moves very slowly. Developers are not given proper workstations, we're basically given old refurbished laptops that are at least 5 years old. Managers are not technically savvy and don't really understand what the developers are doing.
