- Good working environment - Nice offices - Flexibility - Working with new technologies

- The company seems eager to replace employees with AI as soon as possible, or hire overseas in a race to the bottom. - “AI first” (employees second) mentality, that is already negatively impacting the software quality. - New management (mostly ex-Microsoft) is hyper-focused on short-term earnings for shareholders, rather than improving the products for their users. - Fewer benefits every year. - Worse internal tools every year.
