Good Place Gone Ugly

Pros

Good customer base and recurring revenues. Great customer list. Product is best of class with very ugly User Interface, which can not be fixed until the entire product is rewritten. Pays well and provides good benefits - although they're being diluted year after year - first employee stock purchase plan was taken off, then pension plan - now I'm sure the 401k match will be reduced.

Cons

* Too political, too many middle managers. Too bureaucratic with too many middle managers (Directors and VPs) with no real power so so they have to resort to politics. No real innovation - it is a cash cow which is being milked by the executives specially McDermott and his cabal.

There are a lot of very intelligent people.

Cons

The German culture is very different and their corporate bonus plan pays the employees once a year.
