1. Worst work environment as the managers are incapable and short sighted. 2. The managers are the worst who try to show their authority by insulting the employees and they never stand by the employees 3. Very selfish, dishonest managers at all the levels. If a manager misbehaves or ill treat the team member, there is no use of complaining to the senior management because they are also the same.

It is a very large company. As a sales rep, there are lots of people who touch accounts. As a specialist, I map to several teams and juggling that with my own sales efforts is a major struggle. Assimilation into the machine has been very slow at best - I'm part of a group that was an acquisition - but progress has been made. It also hasn't been made clear to me what my career path will be starting next year and down the road.
