      Pros

      Respectful of employees, very flexible with personal schedules and issues, good compensation and benefits, nice perks like subsidized lunches, good systems for finding and retrieving information

      Cons

      Some of the internal IT systems are a bit antiquated. It is also miserable dealing with expense reports, something to keep in mind if you are going to travel. Also, the team you are on is really the key indicator of how satisfying your job will be. Everyone clamors to be on the latest, cool project. If you aren't "in" with the folks in Palo Alto, you will have a hard time getting noticed and promoted.

      Pros

      SAP pays well, provides generous benefits and has a valuable brand name.

      Cons

      SAP has lost its edge and is floundering in its efforts to reinvent itself to survive the rapid decline of the ERP market it once dominated. The company is handicapped by its own arrogance, rampant cronyism and ruthless culture. It rewards those that add no value but are masters of toeing the line and preserving the status quo.....and it punishes those that actually know what they're talking about and dare to speak up about changes needed for the company to succeed.
