      Great culture and benefits, but unhealthy competition exists

      Pros

      Great work culture, benefits, transport, office, very good brand name to have on your resume.

      Cons

      Too much unhealthy competition within the teams. Your AI push feels more like a threat than an opportunity to build something mindful. Due to unhealthy competition the ideas remain within oneself and never gets shared hence your AI push is not gaining good traction. Some managers who have spent around 12 years at SAP behave like as of they own SAP especially the ones in EOS ( Enhanced Operations) teams. Many teams feel not welcoming and if you do not heed to your manager or polish his shoes he will do whatever in his capacity to sideline you in every way.

      No pros as such. Only company is bangalore and Delhi and no other locations

      Cons

      Manager focuses on career graph and growth of individual employee with one to one communication every. Scope of upskilling. Salary is adjusted during appraisal cycle if less that your job role. Good food and trandport. Good management and culture.
