The people are kind, welcoming and the holiday parties are awesome! Coffee is fair trade and great benefits! Progressive thinkers.

Cons

Lots of legal review of everything but it is necessary for protecting the brand and public image. A DEPT retreat once a year would be helpful to strengthen group goals.

Great compensation and benefits. High profile organization. Minimal pressure on lower level employees

Cons

Sterile bureucratic "pack mentality" highly politicized environment full of red tape where you continually have to look over your shoulder to make sure you are intact. You are either in the click or out. High turnover and minimal employee loyalty. Unstable internal politics that can change total environment overnight.
