Co-workers are great to work with, most people are friendly and willing to help when you have questions

Cons

Over worked, under staffed, assembly line routine unchallenging work. The work has been dumbed down so much to keep up with demand of producers quickly wanted to get approved that there is no time to do an actual detailed review of documents and if you do not approve on time, even if producers are not cooperative, Management make you feel that you are not performing well.

Pros

None, unless you think it is cool to work for a place where you might see a celebrity on occasion.

Cons

Terrible work culture. Low-level employees totally unappreciated. Everyone is excepted to follow leadership off a cliff. There is retribution if you have any ideas or thoughts of your own. Union does a terrible job representing members and cares more about the prestige, power, and salaries of top employees.

Bureaucracy, entitlement, no accountability, lazy work ethic by some execs (never enough bandwith), subscribes heavily to a caste system, no connection between valuing and acknowledging staff and the work they do - low company morale.
