Pros

As the largest union representing workers in the film, television, sound recordings and new media industries, it would be a good credit on anyone's resume and CV.

Cons

The many levels of departments and staffing is a challenge in creating innovation and nurturing teamwork. Many are more preoccupied with looking good to superiors and claiming credit than mentoring others and creating a true team landscape.

Pros

There is a lot of diversity and a lot of friendly people. It is somewhat relaxed and there is no fuss about dress code.

Cons

Always a budget issue, higher ups waste a lot of money, underqualified people making too much money, lack of departmental communication, qualified individuals can't move up unless you are a "favorite", management mixes personal with business, departments are understaffed so that higher ups can keep their bonuses.
