Terrible Place to Work

Pros

None, unless you think it is cool to work for a place where you might see a celebrity on occasion.

Cons

Terrible work culture. Low-level employees totally unappreciated. Everyone is excepted to follow leadership off a cliff. There is retribution if you have any ideas or thoughts of your own. Union does a terrible job representing members and cares more about the prestige, power, and salaries of top employees.

Pros

When I first came to the Union, very supportive, COVID has taken a toll on us all, and work has become very stressful, not enough people to do the job to help the customers.

Cons

Stressful because we need more people power to assist the members and give the service I was able to give when I first joined the Union.

Boring

Pros

Not really many pros, maybe the office location

Cons

Boring atmosphere, everyone looks sad and miserable. Co workers complain about how much they hate their job which is draining to listen to on a daily. Management sucks, no room for growth
