Rusty Rush's values of productivity, fairness, excellence, positive attitude, and integrity permeate the company. Employees who don't match up to these values and who don't adapt don't tend to stick around long, which is a net-positive for company culture. Work hard and keep a positive attitude and you'll excel in this company.

Cons
