Great Team, Lots of Change, Growth Driven

Pros

Worked with some really great people, Management was flexible with work style and schedules. Seem committed to innovation and recognize (finally) the impact of technology on the markets and on business processes. Strong investment in IT currently happening under direction of new IT leadership team.

Cons

Bringing an older family run style business up to the 21st century in technology and processes is not without some pain. Benefits were not the best, but adequate for my needs at the time.

He is worked as a diesel tech 4 and I learned a lot from the senior techs which are very helpful to new comers.

Cons

The management doesn't seem to have any interest in help you succeed or helping you in progressing in your career.
