Senior Management really cares about employees, regardless of employee level. There are plenty of opportunities throughout the business. The company maintains being up to speed with technology and continuously makes changes to remain efficient

Healthcare costs rise every year and we are always looking for ways to offer comprehensive and competitive benefits while still trying to control costs. Upper management just wants the numbers. You mean nothing to them. Experience means nothing. They force seniors out by forcing them into crappy positions and calling it a promotion. Disloyal, uncaring. Not trust worthy.
