great team, tons of knowledge, work environment is great.

Cons

management tends to overlook their loyal employees, constant labor minuses instead of dropping labor rate, door rate over $200 and salary is less than a quarter of that.

Pay...initially, depending on location, manager, etc, work life balance

Cons

Are just a number to them. If upper management does not like you, they will find a way to get rid of you. Does not get to know the team, although preaches a team atmosphere. Does not follow their own rules, only answers to share holders. Does not any long term employee, will throw out like garbage.
