It was a great job the first year. Then new management came in and it went down hill . 40 good teck have left in the last 3-1/2 years. Very sad.

Cons

All ways pushing there Tec to the point of jobs not getting done right for the customer . Will short your paycheck any time they wont . Unbelievable stress everyday.

Pros

Everyone at Rush is awesome. I've been there 90 days and love it. I enjoy my job and get the full support from my manager and other team members to accomplish my tasks.

Cons

The only con is driving to New Braunfels everyday and back from Austin. Other than that I haven't found any cons yet.

Pros

Large network with a lot of clout in the industry. Able to do a lot of things that our competition couldnt offer.

Cons

The corporate office is a quagmire, no cooperation or sense of urgency. Too many directors are simply trying to protect their jobs and not be proactively helping the field.
