Decent pay for someone with little to no experience in the professional automotive field. Overtime is given more than most companies.

Cons

Not much opportunity to move up in the company. Supervisors did not give much respect to employees and sometimes had little work.

Paid holidays,sick time after a year,401k pretty supportive staff on the corporate level.

Cons

Management was pretty decent but needs more training in how to treat employees in a more compassionate manner.In my humble opinion.The location I worked at was all about the money.
