Decent pay for someone with little to no experience in the professional automotive field. Overtime is given more than most companies.

Cons

Not much opportunity to move up in the company. Supervisors did not give much respect to employees and sometimes had little work.

Large company, looking for young leadership, room for advancement, opportunities to be placed in many locations around the country. Capital is available for projects, and new ideas/innovations.

Cons

Heavy corporation expectations, hard on managers, conference calls are demanding, they expect more than possible to get and demand it. They buy out small companies, and replace them with corporate procedures.
