Toxic Environment

Pros

They pay well but then you see why. Toxic management.

Cons

The most toxic place I have ever worked. Management is only out to make money, they step on people and leave them thinking no one else will hire you at the money we pay so you stay and take the abuse. Also this is a good ol boy company with management having affairs with their direct reports.

Pros

Benefits are decent, still looking for more positives.

Cons

Low morale. Lack of urgency, procedures, and planning. Department not ran in a productive or efficient manner. Warehouse is jampacked and unorganized, parts are missing daily.

We are sorry to hear you are having a less than positive experience with us. Through our recent "Our Voice" employee survey, we take the feedback we receive and build action plans to address those issues that are most important to our employees. Hopefully, you participated in the survey so your voice was heard. While it may not happen as fast as we'd all like, rest assured, we are always looking to improve our daily operations and work environment. Thanks again for your feedback.

Decent enough company, poor culture

Pros

Training is good. Advancement can be terrific.

Cons

No company culture. No core set of values or operational principles. Each dealership is its own microcosm of vague Rush identity. TLDR - Ask five people, you will get five different answers. Back to advancement, you will possibly have several new bosses within the span of a year. Couple that with no rudder, it becomes exhausting keeping up with today's boss.
