Pros

Senior Management really cares about employees, regardless of employee level. There are plenty of opportunities throughout the business. The company maintains being up to speed with technology and continuously makes changes to remain efficient

Cons

Medical benefits are a little on the pricey side

Healthcare costs rise every year and we are always looking for ways to offer comprehensive and competitive benefits while still trying to control costs. Good pay, lots of opportunities

Cons

A lot of redundant work, unless you are a big customer you get treated very unfairly. If it doesn’t fit in the “Rush Truck Center” mold, it is looked down upon, even if it’s to help out a long time customer.
