      Pros

      Most teams are great - everyone you meet is nice and happy to help. Free cruises are a nice perk and seems like many teams are run well.

      Cons

      The finance department has had a complete overhaul, and everyone is new as conditions were awful. They were giving out 10k retention bonuses to keep employees, but still were not able to. I have never been degraded or belittled at work, but that is exactly the experience I had there. It is not a culture built on competence, but rather one where politics and family connections matter more. For example, they hired a fuel director with 0 years of fuel experience. I have never heard of someone directing a team on a subject they know nothing about.

      Pros

      End product is amazing. kudos to crew who are at the heart of the business.

      Cons

      Leadership are awful, business decisions are made over a drinks session with zero consultancy with actual departments. Decisions that actually triple department workload are just told to get on with it.
