Pros

for miami standards, i thought the pay was good. then again, the workforce is very dissatisfied, so without competitive salaries, the employees would be as incompetent as the management.

Cons

13% turnover in the miami headquarters during the recession. keep in mind miami has 12% unemployment (3% above the national average). I think the numbers speak for themselves. offices are drab, management is quite incompetent. to rise through the ranks, you need to brown nose. and there are rat traps under the desks. yum.

Pros

A worthy organization that rewards positive performance. A progressive provider of all inclusive vacation experiences. RCL values guest satisfaction above all else.

Cons

Communication to the rank and file is challenged. Senior management does not sense the need for ongoing and frequent communication
