      Excellent product, ideas and out of box thinking are encouraged.

      On the job training barely exists, not a lot of promotion opportunities for managers and directors.

      Pros

      Travel to exotic countries and islands around the world. Pay for officers includes "vacation pay" at a rate of basically half your monthly salary added up over each month for 4 to 6 months at a time. Then paid out when you go on vacation/home. Food and room come covered with the job, also all uniforms laundry is free. Direct deposit for pay with no deductions for taxes etc (unless you are American)

      Cons

      Work is 7 days a week for 4 to 6 months. Many rules and regulations while working/living on the ship, long hours every day between 9 and 12 hours daily with the occasional 14 hour day thrown in. No overtime pay until you exceed 303 hours per month.
