Pros

Great way to save money, see the world and make life long friends, having long vacations to travel or relax. You have to be ready to work very hard and party just as hard.

Cons

Food can be a little boring the same each week on the same day, so you can sometimes tell what day it is by the food your eating, long hours with no day off during your contract, but you know all this before you join,

Excellent health benefits, plenty of vacation and personal time, along with holidays off, flexible with schedule.

Cons

Pay is low, not much opportunity to move up ladder, employee appreciation is non-existent. Difficult to take advantage of cruise discounts.
