A lot of hard work, long hours, business always come first Lots of silly procedures Even if you deserve to be promoted you have to know the right people to step up.

Pros

Great benefits, decent pay and great co-workers. The best cruise line in the industry. The company is very well engaged with their employees.

Cons

Too many structural changes in a short period of time. I had 4 bosses in 2 years. Too much work for one person.
