Pros

Travel to exotic countries and islands around the world. Pay for officers includes "vacation pay" at a rate of basically half your monthly salary added up over each month for 4 to 6 months at a time. Then paid out when you go on vacation/home. Food and room come covered with the job, also all uniforms laundry is free. Direct deposit for pay with no deductions for taxes etc (unless you are American)

Cons

Work is 7 days a week for 4 to 6 months. Many rules and regulations while working/living on the ship, long hours every day between 9 and 12 hours daily with the occasional 14 hour day thrown in. No overtime pay until you exceed 303 hours per month.

Pros

Great benefits, always celebrating some event, compensation is good, you can work from home sometimes.

Cons

month end close hours are TERRIBLE!!! Sometimes there till 12 at night and considering you're there early in the morning, its too many hours. Job sometimes feels like i'm working in a factory. High paced, no down time, very busy.

Pros

Great people, great product, great benefits. I could not have asked for a better team. The leadership of the company does an excellent job and the results can be seen in the stock performance.

Cons

For certain roles, especially the highly specialized technical ones, it is very difficult to find opportunities for growth within the area of expertise.
