      Pros

      The pros are - the people you work with. They're from all over the world, and you will make friendships that will last a lifetime. Also major plus is the travel opportunities. Depending on the ship, amazing new technology and learning from vendors.

      A very restrictive lifestyle and living in close quarters.

      Nice location, not too many other employers in South Florida

      Cons

      BELOW market pay. Senior management doesn't keep its word. Only focused on building new monstrously enormous ships but give LOUSY raises to employees. The caring about employees isn't sincere. A month long United Way drive to squeeze as much money out of employees as possible; if you don't give or buy the stupid cookie they are selling for UW, you're shamed. Shame on you Royal Caribbean for squeezing and forcing your employees to give when you pay them such low wages. Managers Directors and Vice Presidents play favorities and only a few people are rewarded. They're spineless and cowards, don't want to do the dirty work. Bad behaviour is rewarded
