Large IT shop. Interesting industry. Plenty of opportunities to work with a wide variety of technologies. Possibility of getting to travel for work. Good employee benefits.

Cons

Technology project deadlines are unrealistic leading to a sweatshop environment. IT management doesn't value employees. Too much outsourcing of development activities.
