Pros

You get cool perks like discounted cruises and free cruises. You also get a discount on the bright line

Cons

The health coverage isn't great, they offer low value health insurance. They overwork you and underpay you, they expect you to work overtime and gaslight/guilt you into feeling when you choose to have time for yourself during non-work hours. It's not a healthy environment to work in, I don't recommend unless you're ok with all of those things.
