Pros

Great industry and benefits like going to the shakedowns. Flexibility at work and you have a cafeteria like Whole Foods. They weigh it and you pay like 50% off.

Cons

International doesn’t have too much visibility and it makes like 20 - 10% of profit compared to North America, so in international pay rates are really low and there is no growth opportunity there. HR isn’t really helpful for international as well.
