Great Perks - Nepotism

Business Outlook

Pros

The company has great perks: food, events, cruises, they invest in employees engagement.

Cons

There is a lot of nepotism and favoritism. When you're a certain level, it's hard to escalate if you're not "the friend of", which is very common in corporate america, but Royal having people with so many years in the company, it's hard to compete. They open positions and will make people to apply when they already have a name, making people to feel insecure and waste they're time. The workload is very high.
