Pros

Most of the other workers are kind and open.

Cons

The marketing team in Sydney has a revolving door of employees due to their appalling management and improper onboarding of staff. Their processes are inefficient and management is not open to feedback. They promote people based on favouritism vs actual management ability leaving an ethos of micromanagement and mistrust. In all my years of working, I have never encountered such a toxic team and workplace. They will count the times you use the bathroom, and time your lunch breaks. They will make you redo work for personal preference vs actual company branding, and then throw you under the bus if it is not to their mangers liking....No wonder everyone keeps leaving.
