Pros

Nothing, The scheduling managers are the worst leaders I’ve ever seen. The so-called ‘free cruise’ they advertise is just a gimmick to attract people—it offers no real benefit, as employees are rarely kept long enough to enjoy it. Thanks God I m not there any more.

Cons

The work environment is toxic and highly stressful. Employees are frequently asked to work long hours, with promises made during the interview—such as one day of working from home, job flexibility, and ethical management—being broken. Training lasts only two weeks, with no practical guidance, no support only supervision, yet employees are expected to perform at 100% immediately. Management is autocratic, creating a culture of fear and stress, exploiting staff, disregarding their needs, and denying agreed-upon holidays. Additionally, the company keeps a waiting list of candidates for every role, making it easy to dismiss employees after just one month of training under the pretext that they ‘cannot do the job,’ while replacements are ready to step in. Overall, employees are pressured to absorb vast amounts of information and perform under constant terror, reflecting poor ethics, mismanagement, and a complete lack of genuine support. Never leave your current job for this company. You risk ending up unemployed after few month or living in constant fear of being dismissed at any moment. You are not even allowed to talk to your colleagues and share ideas. They expect you to sit in front of your PC for 8h like a robot.. There is no emphaty or respect there, only stress and lack of support. The managers focus on rotating employees and taking credit for their work to impress the bosses from America, rather than genuinely supporting or developing their team. They don t care about people, they need only quickly results with limited support.
