Never leave your current job for this company. You risk ending up unemployed after few month or living in constant fear of being dismissed at any moment. You are not even allowed to talk to your colleagues and share ideas. They expect you to sit in front of your PC for 8h like a robot.. There is no emphaty or respect there, only stress and lack of support. The managers focus on rotating employees and taking credit for their work to impress the bosses from America, rather than genuinely supporting or developing their team. They don t care about people, they need only quickly results with limited support.
