      The company is owned by Mars and their focus on the 5 principles of doing business is fantastic. Everything is done with these principles in mind and it helps navigate difficult decisions. Support during the pandemic as been way above and beyond.

      Some internal promotions come as a surprise without notifying the entire workforce.
