      Pros

      Very positive Team culture. When challenges arise, all input is welcomed and collaborative approaches are developed and executed. The company is also focused on giving all associates the resources and support necessary to support high performance in a very efficient way.

      Cons

      As a growing business unit, new processes are continuously being implemented to manage the growth and these come with growing pains. However, the company is putting good effort into doing this right.
