Sometimes cahotic, top management takes decision without being conscious of the consequences for associates and customers. Low digitalization.

Company car, nice team members, free pet food (when you can get it)

Cons

Where do I begin?? No inventory so customers are angry beyond belief. The principals this company used to have are gone.

Pros

Free pet food, can bring pets to office (prior to Covid). Fun people to work with.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Promotions are few and far between and are based on who has gotten the face time with the leadership team vs who has driven the business. Recent reorg drove out the former US leadership team and replaced with regional French team who have low comprehension of the US market. They micromanage their teams and put plans together to impress the HQ team in France but are unachievable due to constant product shortages.
