A lot of really great, fun people in the sales team.

Cons

All of the warnings about terrible, fear based management are 100% on the money. If you're a true sales person, stay away. Falling into the right clique is far more important than driving results. The 5 Principles are used in a very selective manner. Basically they're used to justify any decision that management wants to make. Why was a nutritional/formulation decision made? Because science. Can you see that research? Eh... probably not. Probably proprietary.

Pros

The benefit package is great , you also get a company car and gas card. They give you everything you need to do the job.

Cons

Poor leadership, unnattainable goals and too many "focuses" at any given time, with the focuses changing without notice and lack of consistency throughout the company.
