      New CEO Cecile Coutens - she is clearly not the right leader After collapsing the US business, was promoted despite underperforming while she was trying to lead NA Business Sometimes RC should have the courage not to promote people that were just lucky in their career... Cecile is clearly not comptentent and this is an issue Lot of people in the company are worried about this nomination and clear lack of vision / leadership
