Pros

Lot's of great people to work with on the floor.......

Cons

12hr shifts, pressure to fill in for people who are off or sick, seniority doesn't mean much of anything for those who work on the floor, brown nosing gets you everywhere, expected to work on your days off to help cover for those who are off, micro management from most of upper management. This list could go on and on.

Pros

I genuenly liked working with the people at my level. Nice and clean, good product. Passionate reople.

Cons

No job security. Since I started, probably 60% of the workers who I thought were doing a great job were fired and nobody knows why. I felt stressed to the max at work then brought it home with me every day. My children suffered from my stress and I feel terrible for it. My wife has been supportive and we are glad I no longer work there. Its not my teams fault or any other shift, it has all to do with management. From the top with the plant manager and his close circle. They stick together and pass blame down to the shift leaders who in turn fire people for no good reason. Rather than helping, they fire. Everyone there seems very stressed and there is no sense of leadership. I would have quit much sooner but I was getting paid well. Looking back, it wasn't worth it.
