Pros

Amazing people in the office, everyone who is not in your team always stops by for a chat and they're super nice. People can bring their pets to the office. Decent pay for the work, anyone can get in. They prefer migrants and working holiday workers (probably to bully and berate them). They offer pet food if you have pets.

Cons

but the customer service team are awful and so toxic. They spend most of their time gossiping with each other while making the contract workers (usually migrants) do all the work. I've had instances of co-workers being yelled at by older co workers. If you're new and have questions, you will only receive passive aggression. Lots of micromanagement from co workers who are not managers.

Positive company culture Brand recognition among the veterinary industry Company car, gas card, iPad, iPhone, free pet food, vacation time Friendly coworkers and management

Cons

Extremely disorganized sales metrics. One account can have multiple District Managers tied to it but only one person in the entire company can fix the problem (and he was out for surgery for over a month and only works 2 days per week now). How will we meet our sales goals if the company cannot accurately track the most basic functions? Sloppy roll out for new online platform
