Good culture. Cool technology. Lots of opportunities to learn. Great benefits package, they recently increased how much PTO you get. I jumped from 15 to 20 days within a year.

Cons

It’s incredible hard to move up levels unless you want to leave your current job and apply to one higher up. Negotiating pay is nearly impossible. Forced distribution for performance reviews.
