Clearly defined processes, roles, structures. Professional, extremely competent and convivial co-workers. The motto 'Trusted to deliver excellence' does embed itself in its people and its something you take away with you onto other roles.

Cons

Limited mentorship, personal growth is slow. Slow pace. Inefficiencies from old, baked in tools and processes.
