      Pros

      Smart and motivated people. Lots of resources, if you can find them. Great work life balance, and most managers are flexible. Its obvious upper managment is trying to change things for the better, but a lot of lower level management are not on-board.

      Cons

      Red tape makes things really slow. Almost impossible to change something, even if most people agree that it needs changing. Day to day activities and work style can vary wildly depending on your manager.

      good paymaster if you enter in the organisation from a known source

      Cons

      Pathetic leaders specially in HR team, HR team is called as politics team here, people hired at senior level entered in the organisation with a self motive. You can get opportunities only if you are good at buttering and if you overlook the non compliance attitude of your managers.
