Pros

Flexible hours, reasonable benefits, unionised site, more supportive of staff than many other companies

Cons

Management constantly in flux, frequent 'reorganisations', management tend to pay attention to whoever shouts loudest, top-down management style which frequently keeps the employees in the dark. Don't appear to listen to the opinions of frontline staff.

Pros

Cool projects good working environment and generally very friendly people. Good company for not ambitious people to work in. Thanks to the complexity of the work there is good room to learn and improve. Some really smart people to take as an example works there.

Cons

Mainly tick-box culture, arguments to excuse poor or not done job are preferred to proper work packages. Communication through departments or even within the same office is non existing. Confusion and mess is generated on purpose under the umbrella of improvements not even supported by the people that sponsors them. The worst part is that managers aren't just accepting this situation but some seems to even support it. Salaries are below market level and personal growth is supported only with words and rarely in practice.
