      Some nice people. Decent pay.

      Cons

      - Too busy chasing parts and doing concessions they forget to look after their people. No praise ever. Just 'not good enoughs'. No real conversations about developments. PDRs are absolute jokes. Old toxic behaviours come out more in Manufacturing compare to the rest of the company. Banging tables pointing fingers raising voices toxic place to work at times. - Repetitive tasks and the need to stick to the 'usual way'. God forbid you try and do an improvement. Youll get told no because weve always done it this way. Hierarchical

      Many cash benefits, Job security.

      Cons

      Lack of formal teaching for the white collar office work, they just drop you in the deep end. High pressure at deadlines. Don't expect promotions unless you are good at writing loads of waffle in boarding packs (I'm not).
