You are just a number, man management from the top level is very poor.Doesnt take long before you realise you are just a resource to be utilised however management sees fit, personal touch is lacking with an authoritarian management culture

Very hard deadlines Management talk the talk, but don't walk the walk. If your face fits, you go far. But if it doesn't or you question and challenge you are put on the naughty step and progression is hard. Somewhat culture of fear in speaking out.
