      Pros

      Difficult at this time to indenfy them.

      Cons

      Pay isn't brill. Work-life balance has recently changed for the worst. Poor management decision making. Low moral in some areas. Bullying is still endemic a matter the previous CEO was not able to stamp out. Still a lot of non value added work being carried out. A lot of ageism practised in this company. Exposure especially in the current world climate with large numbers of foreign workers a potential threat to company IP and Security

      - Interesting projects - Great colleagues - Total Reward (employee rewards) - Plant shutdown over Christmas

      Cons

      - For how many “leaders” there are (more leaders than workers) it is incredibly mismanaged. - Reluctance to use training budgets - Some managers seem to pretend their own teams do not exist - No Christmas incentives - Annual surveys sent out on manager performance. Tend to see improvements for the 1st week after review then back to normal for the other 51.
