Brand name Rolls Royce only!

Rolls Royce do not foster a healthy work environment. Rolls Royce do not value employees hard work. Rolls Royce do not have uniform salary structure. Rolls Royce does not have dedicated HR. Rolls Royce over utilizes their employees and intentionally fails to recognize them. Rolls Royce do not care about employees personal or family life. All they want is work, work and work. Rolls Royce do not cultivate a culture of morality and trust within the team and nurtures unhealthy politics. Rolls Royce leadership blindly listen to team leads and managers and spoil employees career. Rolls Royce does not have a solid structured performance review management. Rolls Royce favours certain people coming from certain companies. Rolls Royce unnecessarily complicates its work procedures and processes even if some things could be done in simple ways. Rolls Royce overall is not a healthy and good place to work.
