      Bureaucratic, archaic IT systems and micro managers. Okay with being an industry follower but not the leader.

      A great company with many opportunities for career development. Good salary and benefits.

      Cons

      In recent years the company has become more profit led and less quality focused. The management team never listen to their employees, and always follow the corporate line. Despite all the surveys and initiatives regulary employed, sadly the management team rufuse to act upon any of it.

      Great technology programs to keep people interested, good individual development programs, ability to switch jobs within Company. Global company with opportunities to change base

      Cons

      Pressure to deliver, a lot of unpaid overtime, management from poor to excellent, great focus on cost cutting so no great bonuses or salaries for anyone other the ones at the top. You have to push a lot yourself to get somewhere. Management told to give low marks to staff even if great performers so that they can't ask for promotion or more money
